Transport Lineage
- Jiff can trace its transport lineage back to the 1960's through the Ashton family, who have farmed in the area since the late 1800s. John Ashton delivered farm produce to local groupage hauliers and markets on his own lorry.
Food Transport
- Foodstuffs transport started in 2005 when John's son Stuart, and daughter-in-law Alison, began deliveries from Willoughby Foods, an EC licensed and nut-free food production facility. As a result, Jiff inherited the farming staples of sustainability, environmental consideration and community engagement, with the business mantra of cost-effectiveness
